Foreign Travel Information

Travel Vaccinations

We are only able to give travel vaccinations to patients who are registered with the Burdwood Surgery.

Prior to your holiday/travel, please complete a Travel Risk Assessment formThis needs to be completed at least 6 to 8 weeks before you travel.

Once completed, the risk assessment will be reviewed by one of our Practice Nurses. We will then be in contact with advice sheets and what vaccinations you need to have. Once you have heard from us with which vaccines you need, please phone and book an appointment with a Practice Nurse.

Some vaccinations will be chargeable

  • We request this is paid before the vaccines are given. A list of fees are available below
  • Please bring cash or a cheque covering the cost with you to the appointment.
  • No vaccine will be given without payment.

We recommended the following internet sites for those patients who are unable to visit the surgery but need travel advice.
